Sanctuary Gardens

I have utilized this company twice with two very different needs. One project consisted of a whole redo of a landscaped area with plants and ground covering being redone. The staff took several hours walking the property, moving plants together for a true visual etc. the most recent was the replacement of a palm tree. I emailed a request for a quote and got one the same day. Later when I agreed, I got a contract that day, and installation the next. The 5 person crew made it seem like light work! They worked well as a team, and were friendly and approachable. They ensured my satisfaction prior to leaving and returned decorative rock around the tree in a way that looked better than when they arrived. The clean up was thorough and had you not seen them, you would not have known they were there. They even rolled the hose up. Truly just professional from top to bottom and I’m very very pleased.

PUBLIC WARNING: My Experience With Sanctuary Gardens I am giving Sanctuary Gardens one star only because ZERO is not an option. Sanctuary Gardens designed and installed landscaping around my pool and hardscape area. We did not request the specific plant species or placement. We relied on Sanctuary Gardens as the landscape professionals to select appropriate plants and locations. They selected and installed large bird of paradise plants extremely close to my pool deck, pavers, coping, lighting, and related hardscape. The plants were installed only approximately 17 months ago, and the problems began approximately 13 months after installation. These are not root issues that developed over many years. The roots lifted and distorted pavers, created uneven walking surfaces and potential trip hazards, and became entangled with my landscape-lighting wiring. I am also concerned about potential future damage to pool-related plumbing, electrical components, coping, and below-grade infrastructure. I made repeated efforts to have Sanctuary Gardens address the problem, including warranty-related requests, insurance-related communications, and formal communications through legal counsel unde

We hired Sanctuary Gardens - coordinated by Melina Carabelli - and had an exceptionally positive experience. Great design; great execution; beautiful result (see photos). They were always helpful and responsive to all requests. Thumbs way up.

I couldn’t be happier with the work done by Melina, an incredibly creative and talented landscape designer. She offered thoughtful and detailed suggestions and transformed of my outdoor space. The plant selection, lighting, boulder and rock placement flows beautifully. The space now feels both beautiful and functional, and I’ve received so many compliments from friends and neighbors. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to upgrade their outdoor space. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and the results truly speak for themselves.

We knew we wanted to remove and redesign the entire front landscaping of the house we recently bought. We were fortunate to meet the folks from Sanctuary Gardens at a local home show. We can't say enough about the positive experience we had. We had the pleasure of working with Melina. She is an amazing landscape designer! Melina is very knowledgeable, professional, responsive and easy to work with. Chris and his installation crew did a great job! They removed 3 large palm trees and every planting in the front of our house. They were professional, hard working and left the area meticulous upon completion. We highly recommend Melina and Sanctuary Gardens! We are very pleased with the transformation of our property! The 1st 3 photos are before photos and the remaining photos are of the completed project; including landscape lighting.
